Zepherina Veitch Lecture

The Zepherina Veitch Memorial Lecture Each year, The Royal College of Midwives invites a leading midwife to deliver a thought-provoking and inspiring lecture, presenting the best in current midwifery research. The lecture commemorates Zepherina Veitch, a pioneer of modern midwifery and one of the founders of the institution which would become the RCM.

About the RCM Research Conference

This is a conference for aspiring, developing and experienced midwifery and maternity researchers. The comprehensive programme will include inspiring speakers, critical debate and discussions about midwifery research. There will be opportunities to showcase individual research and network with like-minded midwives and others working in maternity service research. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity to build alliances and help shape the RCM’s research strategy.
